After reading many reviews I decided to buy this Bissell Steam Mop. It was a very good decision. As soon as I received it I put it together (which was incredibly easy), read through the brief instructions, and started using it. It works amazing! I was actually very surprised at how well it cleaned my floor (which is linoleum tile and also Italian ceramic). It worked wonders on both. Cleaning the pad was a breeze. I tossed it into my washing machine and it was ready for another cleaning. You do get two pads with this mop.
