This vacuum cleaner does a good job of sucking up lint, dustballs, and other miscellaneous items from our carpet and tile floors. We have 4 kids, and they make a mess! So we need a good vacuum that is going to be a workhorse, and the windtunnel does the job. I don't like having to change the bag, and it is a bit heavy to lug up and down 3 flights of stairs, otherwise I would have given it a 5 star review. As far as functionality, no complaints at all.
