As others have stated--it cleans very well if YOU MOVE SLOWLY. If you are careful--I finally got the angle right, the tank of dirty water doesn't leak while transporting to the toilet.

My only regret is that I did not get a cleaner with an attachment for stairs and upholstery.--Stairs are hard, but doable.

MY one complaint is that I can't find a way to clean the housing for the power brush. If there is a way to rem0ve all of the innards to clean the plastic-I haven't found it. I have to stick fingers in and scoop hair, etc out--uggggh!!
