
I ordered 2-both were packaged only in plastic and wrapping tape-both were BROKEN. Customer service informed me that it is my responsibility to return them, stating that I should "go to staples or something", even though I had informed them that 1 of the mops is with my elderly parents 150 miles away (and even if I wanted to make them go through that, they are at least 60 miles away from the nearest staples). When I asked them what I am supposed to do about the broken mop at my parents house in rural North Dakota, she said "maybe you could give it away." As I had stated to her that BOTH of the mops that I had ordered arrived BROKEN, this comment was frustrating to me. I am returning the mop shipped to me, at great inconvenience, because I am incredibly pissed off-I am unable to return the one at my parent's house, and I am incredibly upset that I was not given better service.Get more detail about Chamois Mop ~ Super Absorbant Smart Master Mop Closeout (Blue).
