From an experienced vacuumer, this is an incredible cleaning tool!! I read all the reviews before purchasing almost a year ago. Many positive, but a significant number were negative. Guess what? If you have a problem with this vacuum, you either don't vacuum enough to notice important details and/or you don't have animals or kids! I've had many machines, I have tile, hardwood, and carpeted floors, and NOTHING comes close to this machine in terms sucking efficiency, being easy to push, relatively quiet, easy to maneuver in tight spots, easy to empty. easy to use attachments once you get used to how to do it. And it's a cheery color, too! I've totally forgotten that it is a relatively expensive vacuum, because it brings me such joy in life :) Dirt, dust, pet hair? Bring it on.
