this works better than anything else i have ever tried . the dirty water tank is huge compaired to the agility i had befor . i love the added feature of the cleaning salutation tank . it seams to suck up the water better than my old ones. i owned a hoover agility witch i loved (the tank did leak all the time) but after 5 years of being used all the time it died on us. i spent hours researching online and found this cleaner and placed it on my wish list. i have a birthday party in 2 days and have guest coming over and wanted to get all the food and drink stains out of my area rug ( i have 3 kids) befor the party.
my friend lent me her bissell power steamer the green one ( biggest POS i ever used) and pre treated all my stains . well her cleaner wouldn't even put water on the floor for more than 5 seconds before becoming clogged . so i had to buy one quick, i looked at lowes and homedeopt wal-mart target none of them had Hoover of any kind. finely i found this one at sears in stock and bought it online for $165 and picked it up at the store.
