I have had my steamboy for over a year. I do like the way it cleans thuogh I have a few things I don't care for. I would use it more often, but it is heavier than I would like, the cord could be longer, the pads don't quite stay tight, and it leaves the floor wetter than I'd like. It does seem to make my hard wood and tile clean and I do use it, but feel the floors get wetter than I'd like. Those are the things I'd like to see improved, I have recommended it to family and friends, though my mother thinks it is very heavy, everyone else seems to like it.
