I read many reviews about this product some good and a few bad. I have a new hardwood floors and I used pledge once and knew then that was not the product for me. I then used hot and cold water with a sponge mop which did ok but still was not satisfied. Now after using Bona w/mop included which has not broke yet (only first day) I am satisfied with the results. The floors look like new again and the cleaner removed all the spots from spills/drips in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with hardwood floors.
